Formation minimum requirements: The company must have 1 director, 1 shareholder and 1 secretary. The address of the registered office and the secretary must be in Hong Kong.

Company Limited by Guarantee / Non-Profit Organisation/Charitable Institution

• Option A is solely the formation of a company limited by guarantee ("LGC").
• Option B is the approach to pre-apply for charitable institution, incorporate the company limited by guarantee ("LGC"), formal apply for approved charitable institution ("ACI").
• Option C is our assistance for the application of approved charitable institution by using client's existing Hong Kong company.
